Review: First of all, the machine is completely impractical, and its operation is incredibly complicated and user-unfriendly. To make matters worse, as soon as I turned it on, it started emitting a strong burning smell, which is highly concerning and unsafe. ​This product is completely unusable and does not live up to expectations. I expect a prompt response regarding a full refund or a replacement for a non-defective item immediately.
